Golden Wedding

Hi

Sorry I've not blogged much this week had another cake to do.i have only been able to use my old computer which doesn't upload photos, hopefully everything is back to normal now. It took as long to do as the wedding cake last week but it is my favourite sort of cake. Royal iced embroidery flowers and dropped loop work. there were a few hairy moments when I had to turn the ckae upside down to achieve the upper loops on the side of the cake but it all went to plan and I'm very pleased with the results.

Gold and Silver

Hi Bloggers

This is one of the cakes I've been working on this week a commissioned cake for a golden and silver joint wedding anniversary.

The swirls are piped and the flowers made with rose cutters. drop loop embroidery on the sides. didn't take as long as I thought. a good job really as I 've had migraine or a headache most of the week.

Had a fad stampin up party on friday, can't believe the value of the hostess pounds and the 50% off per item if party totals over £300 seems too good to be true.

See You soon
