Mixed Bunch Butterflies

Hi stampers ,
My card for today is made using the mixed bunch stamp set i do hope its in the new catty as I've used it quite a lot and my ladies wwill wish they boought else. The butterflies were coloured using the daubers and Concord crush will have to fall in love with Eggplant when this is finished at the end of the month. The swirls are using Everything Eleanor in old Olive and small flowers using Season of Joy. Hope you like it i do as its a bit different for the flower stamp you can either hand cut or use the punch for ease and quickness. Back soon Sue

Marry Me Eleanor

This is my favourite wedding stamp (Marry Me), although it is retired I have kept it for me until I can buy a new current one i like. I hadn't got any wedding cards in my box and when a freind needed to make a couple we decided to craft together. We had a lovely time together mine were very different to her beautiful vintage style ones but thats what its all about to me each of us have our own unique style even though we use the same things. nothhing is the same. Everything Eleanoe is so useful on every sort of card wedding birthday or just to add a little something on the edge of a card.

Mixed Bunch for Christmas

Good Morning Stampers,

As you can see I've been playing with my mixed bunch stamps and I found they are not just for now, but you can use them for Christmas. I wanted to try and mak one of the gate type cards with a punched folde aperture and I've done it. I use my favourite christmas colours old olive and cherry cobbler. Well I've got to go and make a fruit cake for a golden weding and a wedding cake so although I'd much rather stamp have to make those cakes today.Speak soon, Sue

Summer Celebration

These are the pictures from the W I Summer Celebration at Staffordshire County Showground today. It was a lovely day meeting and sharing a day with other crafters making and taking together with demonstrating Encaustic Art using Stampin Up stamps we had a few suprised faces seeing a Stampin up stand in Staffordshire not many people had seen one before so much chatting and networking with other craft groups and organizations. So hoping for some dates to put in my diary for demonstrations or parties.Well off to tidy away some more of my craft stash before an early night. I used some of my Swaps from last years convention.

Zooming Along

This is one of my favourite masculine cards, and quite simple . I cased it but am sorry i can't remember where from as it was a while ago. I've scored the background and then cut a piece of card wavy and sponged with pale blue ink whilst moving the card around. the planes are from need for speed stamp set stamped and cut out the painted with basic grey ink and finished with poppy parade pen. Back to Blogging

Hello,

Back to work this morning after a short break in my caravan, but I always take a bag with some stamps and inks with me and whilst I was there I made these cards with the A la Carte stamp Sail Away and early expresso ink, card and a couple of punches. I sometimes like to limit myself with my supplies so beginners aren't using too many things and it doesn't cost them too much to buy the products. If you look close i have decoupaged the sails. the sky is coloured by cutting a template of curvy card and distressing on too the sail away card. hope thats clear. I've painted the sea with an aqua brush and ink.hope to have more posts soon. Sue
